Booking a limo service in Lancaster
A limo booking goes smoothly when we know a few things early. Here is what we ask, and why it matters in the Antelope Valley.
How many people are riding
An SUV seats up to six with luggage. A prom group of twelve needs two cars, and we time them to leave and arrive together. Tell us about children, older guests or anyone who needs help getting in and out. Child seats are available on request.
Where everyone gets picked up
Guests are often spread out. One family might be in Quartz Hill, another near the BLVD and the wedding party at a hotel on Avenue J. Send us all the addresses and we plan a single route, so nobody has to meet in the middle.
Roads and timing
The 14 is the road out of the valley, and it fills at predictable hours. Spring poppy weekends also add traffic on the roads west of town. We plan departures with those patterns in mind.
Drop-off at venues
The Lancaster Performing Arts Center, hotels and event halls each have a preferred stopping point. We confirm it before the day so guests do not walk blocks in formal shoes.
Weather and comfort
Summer afternoons in the valley are hot and spring winds can pick up. The cabin is climate controlled, so hair, gowns and suits arrive in good shape, and the chauffeur parks as close to the entrance as the venue allows.
Extras
Garment bags, a cake or gifts for a surprise party: tell us and we leave room in the cabin.
