Airport car service in Lancaster: timing and terminals
The long drive is the main thing to plan. These are the details we ask about for a Lancaster airport trip.
Choose Burbank or LAX
Burbank is the closer airport and a compact one, which suits domestic flights and a quick exit after landing. LAX makes sense for international flights and routes Burbank does not offer. We will take you to whichever you booked, and we are happy to talk through the choice.
Set the pickup time
Count back from the time you want to be at the terminal, then add the drive. We take the road into account, including the way southbound traffic builds on weekday mornings. Your confirmation will show the exact pickup time.
Say which terminal
At LAX the terminal decides the curb. Send us the airline and, if you have it, the terminal. For Burbank, the airline is enough.
Arrivals and bags
For arrivals, send the flight number. The chauffeur follows the flight, and you text or call when you are walking out. One SUV takes up to six passengers with luggage, so a family with checked bags can fit in a single car.
When the flight changes
Airlines move departure times, and weather in the valley or at the airport can shift an arrival. Call us as soon as you hear, and we adjust the pickup and confirm the new time with you. You do not need to cancel and start over.
Early and late flights
Red-eyes and 5 a.m. departures are normal for us. The phone is answered at all hours, and the car is booked in advance, so you are not hunting for a ride at night.
