Booking limo service in Los Angeles County
A limo booking goes smoothly when we know a few things early. Here’s what we ask, and why it matters across a county this size.
How many people are riding
One luxury SUV seats up to six with luggage. A prom group of fourteen needs three cars, and we time them to leave and arrive together. Tell us about children, older guests or anyone who needs extra help getting in and out.
Where everyone gets picked up
County trips often start in several places: the couple in Pasadena, the parents in Torrance, the wedding party in the Valley. Send us every address and we’ll build the route around them instead of asking you to meet in the middle.
Which freeways, and when
The 405, the 10, the 101 and the 5 all slow down at predictable hours. We plan departures around them, with extra care on Hollywood Bowl and SoFi nights, when the roads near the venue back up well before the show.
Drop-off spots at big venues
The Greek Theatre, the Hollywood Bowl, Crypto.com Arena and many Beverly Hills restaurants each have a preferred place to stop. We check it before the day so you aren’t walking blocks in formal shoes.
Airport runs
For LAX, Burbank, Long Beach or Van Nuys, give us the flight number and we’ll track it. Our airport car service in L.A. County page has the details.
Child seats and extra items
Child seats are available on request, so mention the ages when you book. Garment bags, gift boxes, a cake for a surprise party: tell us and we’ll plan the room.
