Corporate car service in Lancaster: planning a visit
Group travel goes best when the key facts are on the table early. This is the checklist we use.
Headcount and luggage
An SUV holds up to six passengers with luggage and a sedan holds fewer. Tell us how many people are coming and how many bags, and we choose the cars to match. Child seats are available on request for guests who bring family.
Arrival and departure windows
List flight numbers, hotels and the times each guest wants to be somewhere. Where arrivals are spread out, we stagger the cars so nobody waits in a terminal longer than necessary.
One contact person
Name a coordinator on your side. We give that person the chauffeurs’ details, and the coordinator gives us any changes. It keeps the information in one place.
Venue access
At the fairgrounds and other event venues, drop-off points can change by day. We ask for the organizer’s instructions before the event, so we know where guests should step out.
Billing and paperwork questions
If your accounting team needs specific details on a confirmation, ask when you book. We will tell you what we can provide before the trip, so nothing is a surprise afterward.
Secured sites
For aerospace and government-related sites, your host arranges entry. Send us the gate or building name and we handle the rest of the route.
Hotel pickups
Visitors usually stay at hotels along the Avenue J corridor or near the fairgrounds, and the lobby is rarely the easiest place to meet a car. We agree on a door or a loading zone with the front desk in mind, and we send the chauffeur’s name and number to your coordinator in advance.
Early starts and late finishes
Plant and site visits often start before sunrise, and celebratory dinners can end near midnight. Our bookings run around the clock, so the early car and the late car are as easy to arrange as a midday one.
Weather and heat
Lancaster summers are hot and spring winds can be gusty. Cars are climate controlled, and we plan arrival timing with the weather in mind.
