Choose your pickup window
Evening events run on tight clocks, so decide how early you want the car at the door. Many riders ask for a few minutes of margin before the first stop. Tell us your preference and we build it into the plan, then confirm the pickup time so there is no guessing on the day.
Count the guests
Four or five people with formal clothing want the SUV. A couple fits a sedan well. If you have a child riding along, ask for a child seat.
Prom and school events
Families and students plan prom nights months ahead. Azusa Pacific University’s campus is at 901 E. Alosta Avenue. Give us the pickup spots for each student and the drop-off venue, and we map the evening.
Dressing for the ride
Formal clothing needs space, and hotel entrances and venue drives can be narrow. A black luxury sedan or SUV is easy to maneuver, and the chauffeur brings the car to the entrance you name. Let us know if anyone in the party will need extra room for a long dress or a train.

Arriving from the airport
If the evening begins with a flight, we meet you at Ontario, about 22 to 24 road miles from Azusa, or at Burbank, roughly 27 to 29, and go straight to the event.
Dinner and a show
Whether the evening is a restaurant, a theater or a concert elsewhere in the San Gabriel Valley, we confirm the pickup time and a rough plan for the return before the night starts. Tell us the venue name and the doors-open time so the chauffeur is on the right side of the entrance.
Timing the end of the night
Decide before you leave how you will call for the car. Most guests text or phone the number we provide when the evening winds down, and the chauffeur arrives at the door you name. If the event has a fixed end time, such as a school program, tell us and we plan around it.
