Getting to the airport from Azusa
A few details decide how smooth an airport ride feels. This is what we go over when you book.
Choosing between Ontario and Burbank
Ontario is the shorter drive and works well for most travelers from Azusa. Burbank is the smaller airport and sits to the west, a good fit if you fly an airline that serves it and prefer a compact terminal. Tell us your airline and we help you weigh it.
Airline and terminal
Give us the airline and flight number when you book. We track the flight and plan the drop-off at the right door, and for arrivals we agree on a meeting point before you land.
Leaving from campus
Azusa Pacific University’s main campus is at 901 E. Alosta Avenue. Students heading home for a break and parents collecting them often book a car so nobody needs to park or return a rental. Name the building or gate and we meet you there.
Arriving by Metro
The Azusa Downtown and APU/Citrus College stations on the A Line serve the city. If you are coming in by train and need a private car for the final leg, or going out to the airport from a station, tell us the station and the time.
LAX and long starts
LAX is the longest ride from Azusa, around 37 to 41 road miles depending on the route. We add buffer for traffic and for international check-in, so you are not watching the clock.
Children and gear
Need a child seat? Ask when you book. Golf clubs, strollers and oversize cases fit too if we know about them ahead of time.
