Start with the timeline
Share the schedule you already have: ceremony time, photos, reception or dinner. We build the pickups around it and tell you if something looks tight.
How many are riding
Count the people, then think about what they wear. Gowns, tuxedos and garment bags need space. The SUV seats six passengers along with their bags, and the sedan suits a couple or a pair of guests.
Where the car meets you
Tell us the exact pickup spot. In a master-planned area like Rosedale, a precise address matters. Downtown, a corner or a hotel entrance works. At a venue, name the entrance.
Choosing between sedan and SUV
A couple often prefers the sedan for the quiet and the sense of occasion. A wedding party of four or five, or a family with a grandparent and luggage, tends to be more comfortable in the SUV. If you are unsure, tell us the headcount and the outfits and we recommend one.
The day before
Send us a final list of addresses and times as the date nears. We review it with you by phone, flag anything that looks tight and confirm that the plan matches what you intend. Last-minute questions are welcome at any hour, since the phone is answered around the clock.
Photos and pauses
Many couples want a few minutes at a scenic stop before the reception. Mention it when you book, and we plan the timing and confirm the details.
Guests from out of town
When relatives fly in for the occasion, we can bring them from the airport to their hotel and back again. Ontario is the shortest road trip of the big three at about 22 to 24 road miles, and Burbank is roughly 27 to 29.
After the event
Say when you want to be picked up at the end of the night, or give us a rough window and tell us how you will signal when you are ready. A text or a call to the number we send you is usually enough. The chauffeur then brings the car around to the door you name.
Gifts, flowers and bags
Occasions come with things to carry: bouquets, cake boxes, gift bags and a change of shoes. Mention the extras when you book so we can match the vehicle, and the sedan or SUV will have a place for them.
Children and child seats
Child seats are available on request for flower girls, ring bearers and young relatives. Ask for one when you book.
