Planning executive travel in Santa Monica
The best business trips are boring, in a good way. These are the habits that keep them that way.
Share the full schedule
Send the whole day, not just the first pickup. If you have a 10 a.m. meeting, a lunch and a 4 p.m. flight, we can plan all three moves and decide where the car should wait in between.
Building access and lobbies
Office buildings in Santa Monica have different pickup rules. Tell us the building and any reception requirements, and the chauffeur will arrive prepared to meet your guest by name.
Rush hour on Wilshire and Lincoln
Both streets fill at predictable times. We check conditions before leaving and add margin for tight connections. When a meeting cannot start late, we leave earlier.
Airport transfers
LAX is about 9 to 10 road miles away, and flight tracking handles the rest. Hollywood Burbank is roughly 24 miles away and Van Nuys roughly 15, which is why we ask for the airport before we set the clock. See our airport car service in Santa Monica page for the full routine.
Visiting clients
If you are hosting guests, we can send a chauffeur to meet them at the terminal and drive them to their hotel or to your office. Share the arrival details and a contact number.
Dinners and evenings
Client dinners rarely end on schedule. If the table is at a restaurant on Main Street or a hotel on Ocean Avenue, we can book the ride home in advance and keep the chauffeur reachable, so you step out to a car instead of a search.
Early starts
A 6 a.m. flight from LAX means leaving in the dark. The office never closes, so a pre-dawn pickup is no more difficult to arrange than a lunchtime one. We confirm the details the evening before.
Medical and legal appointments
Executives who split time between Santa Monica and treatment or appointments at the UCLA or Providence campuses can book rides timed to the appointment, with the trip home arranged in the same call.
Quiet and privacy
Tell us if the ride should stay silent, if you plan to hold a conference call, or if you simply want the radio off. The chauffeur adapts.
