How car service works across San Bernardino County
A county this wide is easier to book when you know which details matter. These are the ones that shape a good pickup.
Pick the right airport
Ontario International (ONT) is in Ontario and has two terminals, Terminal 2 and Terminal 4, split by airline. San Bernardino International (SBD) is a smaller airport in San Bernardino, where scheduled passenger service began with Breeze Airways in 2022. Give us the airline and the flight number and we match the right curb. For private aircraft at Chino, Apple Valley, Big Bear City or Victorville, send us the operator and we agree a meeting point.
Know your freeway
The 10 is the main road into ONT from Los Angeles, and the airport’s own directions send Orange County drivers up the 57 to the 10 east and Riverside drivers up the 15 to the 10 west. The 10 and the 210 both serve SBD. We choose the route on the day, because the time of day changes the best road more than the distance does.
Going up the mountain
Big Bear Lake has three main approaches: Highway 330 through Highland, Highway 38 through Redlands and Highway 18 through Lucerne Valley. Highway 330 is the most traveled and is heaviest on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, while Highway 18 can be easier in snow. Winter can bring chain requirements, so tell us the date and we plan around the weather.
Event nights
Toyota Arena in Ontario hosts Ontario Reign hockey and concerts, and Glen Helen Amphitheater sits in the hills of San Bernardino. Crowds leave all at once, so we agree the pickup point and time with you before the night.
Trips that leave the county
Plenty of bookings end in Los Angeles, Orange County or Riverside County. A route that ends in Los Angeles or Orange County is still one booking, driven by one chauffeur under the price you agreed.
Planning around the weather
The valley can be hot in summer while the mountains see snow, and the desert has its own wind and heat. A fixed booking lets us talk through the date, the road and the vehicle with you ahead of the day.
Cars and seats
A sedan fits one to three riders comfortably, and one SUV carries up to six with luggage. Child seats come on request, so mention the ages of the children riding.
