Weddings
Tell us the ceremony time, the venue, the number of cars and who rides in each. We can time a car for the couple, another for each family and one for the wedding party, and agree where each pulls up so the photos are not rushed. The same plan covers a drive from a hotel in the valley to a garden venue in Redlands.
Mountain weekends
Big Bear Lake has three approaches, Highway 330 through Highland, Highway 38 through Redlands and Highway 18 through Lucerne Valley. Highway 330 is busiest at weekends, and winter can bring chain requirements. Tell us the date and we agree the route and the vehicle.
Desert trips
Twentynine Palms is the main entrance to Joshua Tree National Park and the home of its headquarters. It is a long way from the valley, so book ahead and tell us the day and the return time.
Evenings out
Dress for the evening and leave the parking to us. The SUV has room for formal wear, and we agree a pickup point near the venue exit.
Guests flying in
Send us the guest’s airline and flight number, and the chauffeur waits at the correct ONT terminal. Several guests on different flights can be handled by separate cars on one plan.
Photos and timing
Wedding days run on the clock. Tell us when the photographer needs the couple and where, and we build the car schedule around those windows rather than the other way around.
Anniversaries and milestones
For a quiet anniversary dinner or a milestone birthday, the booking can be as small as one sedan for one evening. Tell us the venue and the time, and the chauffeur handles the rest.
Comfort for older guests
If grandparents or other guests need a little extra time getting in and out of the car, mention it. We choose the vehicle and the drop-off point to make arrivals easier.
Surprises and gifts
If the ride is a surprise for someone, tell us who knows what. We coordinate with you alone, and the chauffeur is briefed so the secret holds until the car door opens. Gifts, flowers and bags travel in the car with you.
Cleanliness and presentation
Cars arrive clean and ready, and chauffeurs arrive on time and well presented. If there is a theme or a dress code for the day, mention it and we match our approach to it.
