Corporate car service in San Diego, built around the event
Companies bring teams to San Diego for conferences, site visits, tournaments and offsites. The travel plan is usually the part that goes wrong first, so we ask about it early. These are the points we work through.
Conference weeks downtown
The San Diego Convention Center, at 111 W. Harbor Drive, sits beside the Hilton San Diego Bayfront, and Petco Park is a short walk away. On a busy week the streets near the center are full. Give us the hall, the hotel door and the arrival times, and we place the pickup so your group is not lost in the crowd. If the schedule changes before the event, call 747-309-0639 and we adjust the plan.
Group arrivals at SAN
San Diego International Airport has two terminals, and a team often lands on different airlines at different hours. Send us the list of names, airlines and terminals, and we plan how many vehicles you need. One SUV takes six passengers and their bags.
Biotech and technology visits
Sorrento Valley is a life sciences and technology employment area, and Scripps Research is on Torrey Pines Mesa in La Jolla. Visiting executives, investors and recruits often need rides across both, sometimes on the same afternoon. The Hyatt Regency La Jolla is among the hotels near University Town Center. We price the route once, based on your list of stops.
Offsites in the north county
The Fairmont Grand Del Mar sits on 400 acres beside the Los Peñasquitos Canyon Preserve, near Carmel Valley and Torrey Pines. For a leadership retreat there, we plan a pickup at the airport and a return ride at the end of the program.
Coming from the Los Angeles area
We do not keep an office in San Diego. Our base is in Woodland Hills, around 146 road miles north, so corporate bookings in the city are arranged ahead of time. Call 747-309-0639 with the dates and the number of guests.
