Executive car service in Santa Barbara County: how to book
Business trips run on details. These are the ones we collect before the day.
The full schedule, not just the first stop
Send the whole itinerary, with times and addresses. A chauffeur who knows the third stop plans the first two differently, and a shared schedule keeps the day from slipping.
Who is actually riding
Give us the name of the traveler, and a contact who can answer for them. Assistants often book for executives, and we’re glad to work with either one.
Flight details
For arrivals, send the airline and flight number. We follow the flight, and the meeting point is agreed in advance. For departures, we set the pickup around the time you must be at the airport.
Quiet time in the car
If you need to take calls or work, say so and the chauffeur will keep the cabin quiet. If you want to talk through the day, tell us that too.
Group arrivals
When a team lands on different flights, send every flight number. We can send several cars or hold one for the last arrival, depending on how you want to travel.
Hotels, offices and building entrances
Each place has its own spot where a car can stop. Name the hotel, the office or the campus building, and we plan the arrival point so the traveler walks a short distance and arrives composed.
Time between meetings
Back-to-back meetings leave no slack, and county roads don’t forgive a tight turnaround. Tell us which meetings can’t start late, and we build the schedule backward from those.
Visitors from out of town
Guests who have never driven here often underestimate the distances. A first-time visitor can ask us how the day should be sequenced, and we’ll suggest an order that respects the roads.
