Corporate car service in Santa Barbara County: planning a group
Group travel goes best when the plan is written down early. Here is how we work with corporate bookers.
Name one contact
Choose a person who can answer questions on the day. If the agenda changes, we call that person, and nobody has to relay messages between several travelers.
Send the full itinerary
Flights, hotels, meetings and dinners all help. The more we see, the better we can place cars so the group doesn’t wait.
Match vehicles to people
A senior guest may want a sedan of their own, and a team of five rides well in an SUV. Tell us who needs what, and we assign the vehicles.
Plan for the regions
The coast, the valley and the north county are different drives. US-101 connects the coast with Santa Maria, Highway 154 crosses San Marcos Pass to the valley, and Highway 246 links Lompoc to Solvang. We plan the legs in an order that respects those roads.
Handle late arrivals
Flights run late. Share the flight numbers, and we follow each one, adjusting pickups so the earliest arrivals aren’t stuck waiting on the last.
Agree the pickup points in advance
Hotels, venues and office buildings each have a spot where cars stop. We agree the pickup points and times with your contact beforehand, so the morning of the event isn’t spent fixing gaps.
Account for accessibility
Tell us if any traveler needs extra time or help getting in and out of the car. We plan the vehicle and the pickup point around it.
Keep luggage and materials in mind
Teams carry laptops, display boards, gifts and samples. Mention anything bulky, and we choose SUVs with space for it, or send an extra car for the gear.
Think about the return
Corporate days end at different times. If some people leave after the dinner and others stay, tell us, and we schedule the return rides to match instead of holding everyone to one departure.
