Luxury chauffeur service in Santa Barbara County: planning the day
A special day runs on timing. Here is what we work out with you before the date arrives.
The venue and its rules
Courthouses, resorts and wineries each have preferred places for cars to stop. Tell us the venue name and your contact there, and we plan the arrival around it.
The schedule, hour by hour
List the moments that matter: hair and makeup, photos, the ceremony, the reception, the departure. We assign the cars to match, and the chauffeurs know when to be ready.
Who rides in which car
The couple may want a car to themselves. Parents and grandparents may prefer an SUV with a step they can manage. Tell us who needs what, and we’ll assign the seats.
Clothing and the details that go with it
Gowns, trains, suits and bouquets all take space. A black SUV has more room for them than a sedan, and the chauffeur will help with the door and the bags.
Travel between towns
Many celebrations span the county. The ceremony may be on the coast and the reception in the valley, a drive across San Marcos Pass on Highway 154. We build in time for that road, and not just the distance.
Photos and pauses
Weddings and milestone dinners include moments when the car simply waits: photos on a lawn, a toast that runs long, a last dance. Share the rough shape of the evening, and we plan the chauffeur’s time around those pauses.
Late-night finishes
Celebrations end late. Tell us when you expect to leave, and the return ride is set before the party starts, so nobody hunts for a way home at midnight.
Guests from out of town
Relatives who fly in need a plan too. Send the flights, and we arrange pickups at SBA, SMX or LAX around the weekend’s events.
