Booking limo service in Santa Clarita, step by step
A limo booking runs smoothly when we know a few things early. Here is what we ask, and why.
Count the riders
An SUV takes six passengers and their bags. A prom group of twelve needs two cars, and they leave and arrive in step. Mention children or anyone who needs a hand getting in.
Where everyone starts
Groups often start in several places: a couple in Stevenson Ranch, parents in Canyon Country, friends in Valencia. Send every address and we will build the route.
Drop-off at the venue
Hotels and event venues each have a preferred place for cars. We check it ahead of time so you are not walking in formal shoes.
Freeway timing
I-5 and SR-14 both slow at predictable hours. For Hollywood Bowl nights and Friday evenings, we leave extra room so you arrive relaxed.
Airport runs
For Burbank, Van Nuys or LAX, share the flight number and we track it. Our airport car service in Santa Clarita page has the details.
Child seats and extras
Child seats are available on request, so share the ages when you book. Garment bags, corsages, gift boxes and a cake for a surprise all need room, so list them for us.
Prom and homecoming nights
Parents who book want to know the plan. Share the pickup spots, the dinner, the venue and the end time, and we keep the schedule tidy. College of the Canyons and the local high schools host events through the year, and weekends in spring fill quickly.
