Airport car service in Santa Clarita: getting to the terminal
A few details make the difference on an airport morning. Here is what we plan around.
Choosing Burbank, Van Nuys or LAX
Pick Burbank when your airline flies there, because it saves the most time. Pick LAX for international flights and routes Burbank does not offer. Pick Van Nuys only if you are flying private. If you are unsure, tell us the airline and we will point you to the right terminal.
When to leave
Weekday mornings on southbound I-5 are the slowest, and Sunday afternoons back into the valley can bunch up too. We set the pickup time with both the traffic and the airport in mind, and we tell you the time before you commit.
Where we meet you
For departures, your driver comes to the door. For arrivals, we agree on the meeting point when you book, and we track the flight so we know when to be there.
Luggage and gear
Golf bags, strollers and big suitcases all fit more easily in a luxury SUV. Tell us what you are bringing and we send the right car.
Returning home late
Evening flights back into Burbank or LAX land after the freeways thin out, and a chauffeur is waiting rather than a rideshare you have to hail. Reservations run all night.
Holiday and event weekends
Thanksgiving week, spring break and the days around a big weekend at Six Flags Magic Mountain put more cars on I-5 than usual. Book early on those dates and let us know if you are flexible on the pickup time. A slightly earlier departure often saves more than it costs.
Pickups at hotels
If you are staying at a hotel such as the Hyatt Regency Valencia, give us the name and your room or reservation name, and the driver meets you in the lobby.
