Planning corporate transportation in Vista
A good corporate booking answers questions before they come up. This is what helps us most.
Start with the roster
Send a list with each person’s name, phone number, arrival time and arrival point. Add the hotel and the meeting address. If many people arrive close together, group them by time and we plan the cars.
Mixed arrivals
Vista sits about 8 road miles from McClellan-Palomar and roughly 39 to 42 miles from San Diego International. A team that splits between the two airports needs separate pickups, and we handle both under one booking.
Rail connections
The SPRINTER serves Vista Transit Center, Civic Center and Guajome Park stations. Travelers coming in by train can continue by private car, which helps when the final stop is not near a station.
Hosting an event
The City of Vista rents the Rancho Buena Vista Adobe at 640 Alta Vista Drive for private events, and downtown Vista has venues and restaurants. Tell us the venue, the guest count and the schedule. We propose the vehicles, and the arrival and departure points are written into the plan.
Summer show nights
The Moonlight Amphitheatre in Brengle Terrace Park stages Broadway musicals and concerts in summer. A company can treat clients or staff to a night out, with a chauffeur handling drop-off and pickup so the group arrives together and heads home at the same time.
Manufacturers and visiting suppliers
Vista’s businesses include manufacturers as well as craft breweries. If your company hosts suppliers, auditors or customers at a plant or taproom, send the address, the visitor details and the arrival times, and we plan the pickups.
Splitting a group
One SUV carries six, so fourteen people need three cars. We suggest the split by arrival time or by who travels together.
Entertainment after work
Colleagues who want a relaxed evening can head to a downtown brewery such as Belching Beaver Brewery Tavern on E Broadway. A booked car removes the question of who drives home.
