Planning a luxury chauffeur ride in Vista
A special day goes best when the transport is settled early. This is how we plan one with you.
A wedding day
Weddings involve several moving parts: the couple, the families, the hotel and the venue. The Rancho Buena Vista Adobe sits across from the Vista Civic Center, which can help when you plan where cars stop. Send the schedule and we suggest how many cars the day needs.
Guests flying in
Out-of-town guests may arrive at San Diego International, roughly 39 to 42 miles from Vista, or at McClellan-Palomar in Carlsbad. Give us the arrival times and the number of guests. A black SUV seats up to six passengers with luggage.
An evening at the amphitheater
The Moonlight Amphitheatre sits in Brengle Terrace Park and hosts summer musicals. We plan the drop-off near the venue and the return for the end of the show, and you tell us the show time when you book.
Dinner downtown
Anniversary and birthday dinners often land on Main Street or Broadway. Tell us the restaurant name and the time. The chauffeur drops you at the door.
Dressing for the car
Formal wear needs space. A gown, a tuxedo bag or a cake box fits better in an SUV. Mention your needs while booking.
Rehearsals and the night before
Wedding weekends have more than one event. Many weddings include a rehearsal dinner. If it takes place downtown, a car can bring the wedding party from the hotel and return them afterward, so no one needs to watch the clock or the drinks. Put the time and the addresses in the same booking as the wedding day, and we plan both evenings together.
Anniversaries and proposals
A quiet evening for two is a fine use of a black sedan. We can pick up at home, deliver you to the restaurant and return at a time you give us. Tell us if the evening has a surprise in it, and we will keep the plan simple.
Photos and stops
If you want a photo stop at Alta Vista Gardens or another spot, add it to the plan. Extra stops are easier to build in before the day than to arrange on the way.
