Planning an executive day in Vista
A smooth executive day starts with a precise brief. This is how we like to receive one.
Send the itinerary
List each stop with the address and the time you need to be there. Mention who rides, how many bags they carry and whether the passenger takes calls in the car. We use it to choose the vehicle.
Arrivals from the airport
Flights into San Diego International leave a long drive to Vista, roughly 39 to 42 miles. McClellan-Palomar in Carlsbad is the short option for private and regional flights. Tell us the airport and the flight time and we plan the pickup.
Using the SPRINTER
The SPRINTER stops at the Vista Transit Center, Civic Center and Guajome Park stations. An executive who arrives by train can switch to a private car for a meeting stop that is off the rail line.
Entertaining clients
Downtown Vista has taprooms and restaurants, including Belching Beaver Brewery Tavern at 302 E Broadway. A chauffeur lets the host and the guest talk without watching the road.
Group visits
When a delegation travels together, the black luxury SUV seats up to six with luggage. A larger group needs two cars, and we plan the split with you.
Weddings, galas and city events
Executives are often guests at occasions as well. The Rancho Buena Vista Adobe on Alta Vista Drive hosts weddings and private events, and the Moonlight Amphitheatre stages summer shows in Brengle Terrace Park. If you host clients at either, a chauffeur can bring them in together and return them to their hotel afterward.
Early starts and late finishes
A morning flight out of San Diego or a late return after a dinner is routine to plan. Give us the times you expect and we propose the pickup, with a buffer for the I-15 and the I-5.
Changes on the day
If a meeting runs long, call 747-309-0639. We work with you to adjust the schedule.
