Setting up corporate rides in Azusa
A little preparation makes company travel easier on everyone. This is what we ask for and why.
Who is traveling
Send the passenger names and a contact number for each person. For a group with different arrival times, list each flight so we can plan the pickups.
Where and when
Give the pickup point, the destination and the time you need to arrive. We work backward from your deadline.
Campus and site visits
Azusa Pacific University’s main campus is at 901 E. Alosta Avenue. If guests are visiting the campus or another site, share the building name or gate, and we agree the drop-off point with them.
Short notice
Plans at a company shift. A client moves a meeting up, or a flight is rebooked. Call us at 747-309-0639 and we tell you what is possible for the new time. We answer around the clock, so a change at midnight gets a reply too.
Airports
Ontario is the shortest road trip of the big three, about 22 to 24 road miles. Hollywood Burbank is roughly 27 to 29 road miles, and LAX is around 37 to 41. We use those distances to set the start time for each flight.
Train arrivals
Guests who arrive on the Metro A Line at Azusa Downtown or APU/Citrus College can be met at the station. Give us the arrival time and the destination.
Planning a conference day
For a multi-session event, give us the program with its start and end times, and tell us who needs a ride at which point. We build the pickups around the schedule, so speakers are at the venue before their session and guests are not left waiting at the end of the day.
Welcoming new hires
A new employee traveling in from out of town forms a first impression of the company in the first hour. A chauffeur holding the right name at the arrival point, and a clean black car to the site, makes that hour easy.
Vehicles for the group
If the group is larger than six, call us and we will tell you what we can arrange.
