Limo service in Orange County: how booking works
A limo booking goes smoothly when we know a few things early. Here is what we ask, and why it matters in a county this spread out.
Headcount and cars
Each luxury SUV seats up to six along with their bags. Fourteen prom-goers means three SUVs leaving and arriving together. Tell us if the party includes children, grandparents or anyone who needs a hand at the door, and mention bulky items such as corsage boxes, a cake or camera gear.
Where everyone is picked up
Group trips often start in several places: the couple in Irvine, the parents in Mission Viejo, the wedding party in Fullerton. List the addresses, and we draw the route from them.
Which freeways, and when
The 5, the 55, the 57, the 405 and the 91 slow down at predictable hours. We plan departures around them, with extra care on event nights in Anaheim, when roads near the venue back up well before the show.
Drop-off spots at big venues
Arenas, stadiums and resorts each have a preferred place to stop. We settle the drop-off point before the day, so formal shoes never have to cover a long walk.
Airport runs
For John Wayne, Long Beach or LAX, share the flight number and the chauffeur follows the arrival. Our airport car service in Orange County page has the details.
Child seats and extra items
Child seats are provided when you ask, so mention ages in advance. Mention garment bags, gift boxes or a cake and we leave space for them.
