Booking a luxury chauffeur in Orange County
Special-occasion bookings work best with the plan on paper. This is what we ask, and why.
Wedding timing
Give us the ceremony time, the venue and the number of cars. We plan arrival times for the couple, the families and the wedding party, with margin before the ceremony. The plan is for the chauffeur to arrive early, not just on time.
Resort entrances
Coastal resorts have valet areas, lobby entrances and event entrances. Tell us where your event is, and we confirm the right entrance for pickup and drop-off.
Formal wear and luggage
Gowns, suits, garment bags and gifts need room. Our SUVs seat up to six with luggage, and the chauffeur loads items carefully. Tell us if anything is delicate or oversized.
Getting ready
On the morning of a wedding, the party often starts from two or three addresses: a hotel suite, a family home, a rental house. List each pickup with its time, and the cars go to each one so nobody has to share a ride to meet someone else.
Between ceremony and reception
If the ceremony and reception are at different venues, the chauffeur moves the couple and the families between them, with a pause for photos if the schedule allows. We map the leg ahead of time so the party keeps moving.
Late departures
Receptions often end after midnight. Tell us the expected end time, and we plan return cars for the couple, the parents and any guests who booked with you. A late ride home is easier when it is already arranged.
Photos and stops
Many couples want photos on the way. Tell us about stops, and we build them into the booking so the schedule holds.
Surprises and gifts
Planning a surprise anniversary or birthday? Tell us what needs to stay quiet and what the chauffeur can do to help, whether that means holding a gift in the car or meeting the guest of honor at a certain door.
Child seats
If children are riding, we bring child seats on request. Mention ages and sizes when you book.
