Planning corporate transportation in Orange County
A corporate program is easier when the details are shared early. These are the steps we recommend.
Name one point of contact
Give us the person who can answer questions on the day. We send the plan to that person, and they can reach us at the number on the confirmation.
Send the guest list and arrivals
For each guest, send the arrival airport, flight number and hotel. For groups arriving at the same time, we assign several cars so no one waits for a second round.
Match the vehicle to the group
Sedans suit single executives. SUVs take up to six with luggage, which fits a small team with bags. Larger groups travel in several cars together.
Allow for the freeways
The 5 meets the 57, the 22 and the 91 in the north county, and the 405 and the 55 carry traffic farther south. We time departures to avoid the busiest stretches when we can.
Brief the chauffeur on the guests
If a guest has mobility needs, travels with extra equipment or wants a quiet ride after a long flight, tell us. We confirm what we can do for them and pass the details to the chauffeur, so no one works it out at the curb.
Share branding or signage needs
If guests need to be met with a name sign or a specific greeting, send the wording and we confirm what the chauffeur can do. Meet-and-greet details are best settled before the day.
Plan the ride home
Evening events end at different times. Tell us the expected finish, and we plan the return cars so guests are not stuck in a line.
