How an hourly booking works in the OC
An hourly booking starts with a plan, even a rough one. These are the details that make the day go well.
Share the stops and the timing
List the places you expect to visit, the time you need to arrive at each and who is riding. We plan the booking length with you and confirm it before the day. If the plan is loose, say so, and we build in room.
Choose the car for the group
A sedan fits one to three people. An SUV takes up to six with luggage. A group of ten needs two cars, and we time them together. Child seats are available if you ask, so mention ages when you book.
Keep the chauffeur informed
You have a direct phone number. If a stop takes longer, tell the chauffeur or call us, and the rest of the day shifts with it. Nothing on the day catches us off guard if you let us know.
Plan breaks and meals
Long days include meals. Tell us roughly when you plan to eat so the chauffeur is positioned near the right entrance, and the car is ready when you come out.
Anaheim days
Disneyland Resort, Honda Center and Angel Stadium are all in Anaheim, and the Anaheim Convention Center is the largest on the West Coast. Big days there mean crowds and packed roads. An hourly chauffeur lets you set a pickup point away from the busiest gate and meet there when you are ready to leave.
Coastal days
Along the coast, hours run slower. A lunch in Newport Beach, a walk, a resort visit in Dana Point and a drive back inland fit a relaxed afternoon, and the car waits where you can find it. Shoes, jackets and shopping bags stay in the vehicle.
Evenings and events
For an evening, the car can collect you at home, take you to dinner, wait through a concert at the Pacific Amphitheatre in Costa Mesa and bring you back. Nobody drives or parks, and the late ride home is already part of the booking.
Extend or end early
Plans change. If you want more time, call before the end and we discuss it. If you finish early, tell the chauffeur and we will confirm what that means for the booking.
