Setting up corporate rides in Pasadena
A short setup call saves effort every month after. These are the points we cover.
Who books and who rides
Tell us who schedules the rides and who travels. A manager, an assistant or an event coordinator can all book, and we send the confirmation to the right person.
Standing routes
If the same people go to the same places, such as a weekly run to Burbank, we keep it on file. A standing route shortens each booking to a confirmation.
Visiting clients
For guests arriving at Burbank or LAX, send the name, the flight and the hotel or office. The chauffeur meets them at arrivals and keeps your host informed.
Event days
For conferences and meetings, we plan the arrivals, the venue drop-off point and the return trips. The Pasadena Convention Center and nearby hotels each have their own entrances, and we confirm which one fits the group.
Large groups
An SUV seats up to six with bags. For a bigger team we send several cars at the same hour, and a lead chauffeur is your contact for the day.
Ride details
If your finance team needs details, ask when you book and we tell you what we can provide: date, pickup, destination and the agreed price.
Airport coverage
Corporate travelers often fly from Burbank, LAX or Ontario. Our airport car service in Pasadena page explains the routes in detail.
After-hours and weekend travel
Deadlines do not follow office hours. Our phone line and booking form work around the clock, so a Sunday-night flight home or a late lab visit can be arranged without a special process.
Changes on the day
Meetings move and flights shift. Tell the chauffeur or call the office, and we update the pickup time while keeping the original booking intact.
Sedan or SUV for the team
A sedan works well for one or two executives with light bags. An SUV suits a team of three to six with laptops and luggage, and it keeps the group together in one car, which makes for a smoother arrival. Child seats are available on request for family visits.
