Planning an airport ride from Pasadena
A few details make the difference between a calm airport morning and a stressful one. These are the ones we ask about.
Which terminal and which airline
Give us the airline and the flight number. At LAX the terminals are spread around a loop, and at Burbank the curb fronts are short. We pick the pickup or drop-off point to match.
Leaving the house
For an early Burbank flight, we arrive with time to load bags and still clear the 134 before the commuters. For a midday LAX flight, we choose the freeway combination that is clearest that day.
Arrivals at Burbank
The terminal is small and the walk is short. Text us when you land and the chauffeur meets you at the agreed spot. Our BUR limo service uses the same cars for a more formal arrival.
Arrivals at Ontario
Ontario is far enough that we plan the return with extra care. We follow the landing time and pace the start of the drive to match.
Luggage and car seats
Tell us about golf clubs, strollers or oversize cases and we assign the right vehicle. Child seats are available on request.
Van Nuys and private flights
For general aviation at Van Nuys, we meet you at the FBO entrance your operator names. Send us the tail number or the handler’s name when you book, and the car is waiting at the ramp side.
Holiday and big-event weeks
Rose Parade week, the Rose Bowl game and major holiday weekends add traffic on and around Colorado Boulevard. For an airport ride in those windows, book early and leave more margin than usual.
When your flight changes
Delays, cancellations and rebooked connections happen, sometimes all in one trip. Call 747-309-0639 and we update the pickup instead of cancelling and starting over.
