Handle the venue
Each venue has its own drop-off and parking rules. We confirm them with you or the planner in advance, so the chauffeur knows where to stop and guests walk the shortest distance.
Weather and timing
Summer weddings in the valley can be hot by midday, and spring afternoons can bring wind. The cabin is climate controlled, and we leave a few extra minutes at the start so the wedding party arrives relaxed rather than rushed.
Guests who travel in
Out-of-town family often fly into Burbank or LAX. We can pick them up, bring them to the hotel and have a car ready again for the ceremony. Send the flight numbers and we track every arrival.
