Wedding transportation Temple City: planning the day
A formal event goes smoothly when the transportation is settled early. These are the questions we start with.
Number of guests and cars
Tell us who needs a ride and where each person starts. One SUV takes as many as six people and their bags, and a larger party means more than one car. We lay out the cars so groups arrive in the order you want.
Addresses
Weddings often involve several homes, with the bride, the groom and both families starting in different places. Give us every pickup and the time each group should be ready.
Photos and timing
Photos run long. Tell us when you expect the portraits to be done, and we will build the schedule with some give in it.
The venue entrance
If the event is at the Woman’s Club hall or another local hall, say which door guests will use. The chauffeur then pulls up at the right place instead of the nearest one.
Formal clothing
Long dresses and high heels make stepping into a car harder. Let us know if anyone needs extra time or a steady arm.
Children in the party
Child seats are available on request, so give us the number and ages of any little ones.
Rehearsal dinners and welcome parties
The wedding itself is rarely the only event. Families gather the night before, relatives arrive from the airport, and someone always needs a lift to the hotel. We can book those rides too, and keep them in one plan with the main day.
Flowers, gifts and keepsakes
Boxes of flowers, framed photos and a cake all need space. Mention them when you book, and we can suggest the SUV so nothing is crushed on the way.
Anniversaries and quiet dinners
Not every occasion is a crowd. A couple heading to dinner in Pasadena or Arcadia only needs one sedan, a pickup time and a plan for the return. Tell us when you hope to finish and we will agree on it with you.
The ride home
Plan the return at the same time as the outbound trip. Give us your best guess at the finish and we will agree on the pickup with you.
