Planning a luxury ride in San Clemente
Special days have many moving parts. A few early decisions keep the ride calm.
Choose the cars by headcount
A couple fits well in a sedan. A bridal party with dresses and a family with grandparents ride more comfortably in an SUV, which seats up to six passengers with luggage.
Share the full schedule
List each pickup, stop and drop-off with times. For a wedding, that usually includes the hotel, the ceremony, photos and the reception.
Plan the venue entrance
Casa Romantica sits on the bluff at 415 Avenida Granada, and the Ole Hanson Beach Club is at 105 W Avenida Pico. Ask the venue about its entrance and tell us, so the chauffeur drops guests at the right door.
Photos at the pier
Couples often want portraits near the water. If you plan a stop at the San Clemente Pier, add it to the schedule so the car is ready afterward.
Out-of-town guests
Relatives arriving at John Wayne Airport, about 27 to 28 road miles away, or by train at 1850 Avenida Estacion can get a car arranged ahead. Send names and arrival details.
Dress, weather and shoes
Bridal gowns, suits and heels do not mix well with long walks from a parking lot. A car that stops at the entrance protects the outfit and the schedule.
Receptions and the second stop
Many wedding days include a second location, such as photos at the pier before a reception at the Ole Hanson Beach Club. Send us both addresses and the times, and we sequence the cars so the guests are not left waiting at the wrong entrance.
Family and children
Weddings and anniversaries often include children. Tell us how many are riding and whether you need a child seat, and we plan the cars accordingly.
The ride home
Tell us when the party ends and where everyone is going. We plan the return cars with the same care as the arrival.
