Luxury chauffeur service in Monrovia: planning the day
A special occasion is easier when the transport is settled early. This is how we plan for Monrovia.
Wedding days
The city rents the Courtyard at the Historical Museum for weddings and special occasions for 10 to 300 guests. Tell us the date, the ceremony time and how many cars you need, and we plan the arrivals around it.
Out-of-town guests
Guests flying in often land at Burbank, roughly 23 road miles away, or at Ontario or LAX, at about 28 and 32 miles. A booked car for each arrival gets relatives to the hotel without anyone renting a car.
A Route 66 landmark
The Aztec Hotel at 311 W. Foothill Blvd was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978 and sits on an early alignment of Route 66. The National Park Service calls it a popular icon of the route, which makes it an easy stop for a photo before an event.
Dinner in Old Town
On Friday evenings the 800 block of South Myrtle Avenue hosts a street fair and market, with posted hours starting at 5 pm. If your evening is there, give us a pickup corner and the time you plan to leave.
Accommodating families
Child seats are available on request. For a large family, an SUV seats up to six with luggage.
Planning the return
A wedding that ends at midnight or a dinner that stretches late needs a second plan as much as the first. Book the return leg with the outbound ride so nobody has to arrange it at the end of the night.
Smaller celebrations
Not every occasion is a crowd. A couple celebrating at home in North Monrovia, with dinner out and a ride back, can book a sedan on its own. We look at the group size and suggest the right vehicle.
Evening rides home
A late return is part of the plan from the start. Book the second ride when you book the first.
