Planning a special occasion with a chauffeur in Goleta
A chauffeur makes an event run smoothly when the plan is clear. We ask for the following details.
The date and the venue
Weddings and big dinners are best reserved as early as the date is set. Share the venue name and, for large properties such as the resort, the entrance or lobby you prefer.
Number of guests
Our SUVs seat up to six with luggage. A bridal party of eight is best in two cars, and a table of ten needs the same. Say how many riders and we plan the vehicles.
Timing of the day
List each leg: hotel to ceremony, ceremony to photos, photos to reception, reception to hotel. We confirm the fare for the whole set when you book.
Photos and flowers
Tell us if decorations, bouquets or a garment bag come along. A bigger vehicle makes room for everything.
Rehearsal dinners and welcome parties
Weddings are rarely a single day. A rehearsal dinner the night before, a welcome gathering at a hotel and a farewell brunch can all be included in one reservation. List the dates and the places, and we set a fixed fare for each leg when you book.
Guests flying in
Many wedding guests land at Santa Barbara Airport, which has a Goleta address. If you want them met and taken to the hotel, send the flight details with the guest names. For travelers coming from Burbank or LAX, the drive is a long one on US-101, and it needs planning. Our airport car service in Goleta page covers those routes.
A day on the course
Sandpiper Golf Club and Glen Annie Golf Club are favorites for group outings. For a bachelor or bachelorette weekend, an SUV keeps the group and the clubs together, and a second car handles anyone who needs it.
Children and older relatives
Child seats are available on request. If anyone has mobility needs, mention it at booking so we can discuss the best vehicle.
