Planning luxury chauffeur service in Burbank
The best chauffeur experiences are planned the way a good event is planned. Here is how we approach it.
Start with the timeline
Write down the key times: when the first guest needs to be picked up, when photographs start, when the ceremony begins and when you want to leave. We build the schedule backward from the moments that cannot move.
Who rides where
Decide who rides with whom before the day. The couple often rides alone, parents together and the wedding party in a separate car. A clear list saves time at every pickup and avoids a crowd at the curb.
Count the cars
One SUV holds up to six passengers. A wedding party of twelve takes two cars, and a family of ten may take two as well once you count dresses and suits. We choose the number of vehicles with you.
Garments and gifts
Wedding dresses, garment bags, gift boxes and flowers need room. Tell us what travels with the party and we plan the space and the order of loading.
The entrance and the exit
Hotels and event venues each have a spot for arrivals. We confirm it with the venue or with you before the day, so the car stops where the photographer expects it and where guests can step out without a long walk.
Photos and the pause between stops
Weddings and anniversaries often include a stop for portraits at a garden, a viewpoint or a hotel lobby. Add those stops to the plan so the chauffeur waits at the right place, and so the timeline has room for the photographer.
The ride home
Evenings end later than planned. Tell us the likely finish and whether to wait or return, and we arrange the final pickup. Child seats are available on request for the family members who need them.
