Booking limo service in Whittier
A limo booking runs smoothly when we know a few things early. Here is what we ask, and why.
How many people are riding
A single SUV works for a party of six. A prom group of ten needs two cars, which we time to leave and arrive together. Mention young children or older relatives, since they change which car we send.
Where everyone gets picked up
Friends and family often start in different places: one in College Hills, another in Friendly Hills, the wedding party at the hotel. Send us every address and we build the route around them rather than asking you to meet in the middle.
Drop-off spots
Whittier Village Cinemas, at 7038 Greenleaf Avenue, and the DoubleTree by Hilton, at 7320 Greenleaf Avenue, sit on the same avenue. We choose a stopping point before the day so nobody walks blocks in formal shoes.
Airport runs
For Long Beach or LAX, give us the flight number and we track it. Our airport car service in Whittier page has the route details.
Child seats and extra items
Child seats are available on request, so share the ages when you book. Cake boxes, garment bags and gifts all travel better when we plan the space.
Starting from a hotel or a home
Some parties begin in the lobby of the DoubleTree and others in a driveway in Friendly Hills. Both are fine. The chauffeur arrives early at either, loads the bags and holds the door, and the party leaves exactly when planned.
Prom nights
Parents book the car and the students ride, so we send the plan to the parent: pickup times, the stops for photos and dinner, the dance and the drop-offs at the end. The chauffeur sticks to the plan and keeps the evening calm.
Late-night returns
The ride home matters as much as the ride there. Book the return with the outbound trip and the chauffeur is waiting at the end of the evening, with the pickup point confirmed in advance.
Photos and timing
Proms and weddings come with photographs. We arrive early so the car is ready for pictures, and the chauffeur keeps the schedule gently moving without rushing anyone.
