Executive car service in Santa Maria, planned well
Executive travel works best when the details are set early. This is what we ask and why.
Send the schedule
Give us every stop with its address and time, plus the final drop-off. A sequence of meetings in different parts of the valley may need a different order than the one on the calendar.
Visitors and clients
If you are collecting a visitor, send their name, flight and the address they are heading to. We settle the meeting point with you before the day. Visitors arriving at SMX, SBA or LAX all have different travel times to Santa Maria.
Vandenberg visits
Highway 135 and Highway 1 lead from Santa Maria to Lompoc and the Vandenberg main gate. Share the gate and the time you need to arrive. We plan the run around them.
Site visits outside the city
Sites outside the city may sit at the end of a farm road or a business park drive. Send the full address, and ask us anything about the route before the day.
A day with one chauffeur
When the day has four or five stops, book it by the hour with the same chauffeur throughout. The details are on our hourly car service in Santa Maria page.
Preparing for a big meeting
Before an important presentation, the last thing you want is a rushed arrival. Tell us the start time and how early you like to be there, and we plan the pickup around it. We recommend sending the building name or suite with the address.
Return trips
If a guest is leaving after the meeting, give us the departure airport and flight time with the original booking. We plan both legs together.
Several guests, one itinerary
When two or three colleagues travel together, one SUV can carry the group and their bags. For a larger delegation, we send a second car that follows the same schedule.
Meetings that end with a dinner
For a client dinner, tell us the restaurant and the time you expect to leave. Plans shift, so call the number on your confirmation and we will adjust.
