Setting up corporate car service in Temple City
A good corporate booking is simple on paper. These are the questions we go through.
Who is riding
Send names and phone numbers. We coordinate pickups directly with guests when you want us to, which saves your office from relaying messages.
Where and when
Give us each pickup address and the time each guest needs to arrive. If two groups are headed to the same venue, we can align the cars.
How many cars
One SUV holds as many as six people and their bags, and a sedan suits a smaller party. For a group that does not fit in a single car, we plan a second and third and lay out the timing so everyone arrives together.
Billing
Tell us who the booking is for and who is paying, and we will confirm the details with you when you reserve.
Event days near the civic center
The Camellia Festival and other city events concentrate people near the library, city hall and Temple City Park. If your event is on one of those days, mention it so we can pick a drop-off point that works.
Local halls
The Woman’s Club hall at Camellia Avenue and Las Tunas Drive takes private events. When your function is there, tell us the arrival window and the number of guests, and we will plan cars to match.
Early arrivals
Some visitors land before the office opens. Tell us the flight time and where the guest is headed, and we plan the pickup with you, whether that is a hotel, a breakfast meeting or your front door on Las Tunas Drive.
Dinners and entertaining
Hosting clients usually ends in Pasadena or Arcadia. Book the car for the whole evening so guests are collected from the restaurant and taken home, and nobody has to think about driving after a glass of wine.
Group size and luggage
Conference travelers bring laptops, samples and rolling bags. Say what is coming and we will match the cars to the load.
Changes on the day
Schedules move. Call 747-309-0639 at any hour and we will explain how a change affects the booking.
