Planning corporate transportation in El Centro
A good corporate booking gives the chauffeur the full picture. This is what we ask for.
Headcount and luggage
Tell us how many people are traveling and how much they carry. Up to six fit in one SUV with luggage, and we add vehicles for larger groups.
Arrival details
For visitors flying in, send the airline and arrival time. San Diego International is about 117 road miles away and Palm Springs about 106, so we plan those pickups with care.
Ground rules for the week
Before a visit begins, we confirm the pickup times, the addresses and the vehicles with you by phone. That conversation takes a few minutes and avoids confusion once the team is on the ground.
Hotel base
Many teams stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites or the Home2 Suites. Give us the lobby and the morning pickup time.
Job sites and offices
Send the street address of each stop, plus any gate or visitor-check-in details. A chauffeur who has the full list can plan the day cleanly.
Splitting the day
A project week often mixes airport runs, mornings at a work site and evenings at a hotel. We can book each part separately or combine them, depending on what keeps the plan simple. Describe the week and we suggest a structure.
Guests with special needs
Let us know about mobility needs, child seats or large equipment. With that information in hand, we choose the right vehicle and avoid surprises at the curb.
Who is the contact
Tell us who should receive confirmations and who rides. Often these are two different people, and we are glad to coordinate with both.
Early starts and late finishes
Our phone line is open 24/7, so an arrival at an odd hour is not a problem to plan. State the time and we work from it.
Event days
For gatherings at the fairgrounds in Imperial or a hotel meeting room, share the start and end times. We build the drop-offs and returns around them.
