Arranging corporate transportation in Imperial County
Moving a group is mostly about information. This is what we gather and why.
The guest list
Names, phone numbers and arrival times let the chauffeur identify each guest and keep the schedule honest.
Choosing vehicles
Count passengers and bags. An SUV takes up to six with luggage, and larger groups need more than one car.
Airports
Imperial County Airport (IPL) offers scheduled service from one commercial airline, and Calexico International (CXL) is a city-owned airport used for private flights. Tell us which applies to each guest.
Venues
For an event at the IV Fairgrounds in Imperial, ask the organizers about the drop-off area. We confirm it with you before the day.
Staggered arrivals
Not everyone lands together. We schedule pickups one after another so no guest waits long.
Billing and records
Ask us for the details you need on the booking confirmation, and we include them where we can.
Working with an event planner
If a planner runs the program, we can take the schedule from them and confirm it back in writing.
Group size and vehicle mix
Sedans and SUVs can be mixed in one booking. Executives often ride in sedans, and teams with luggage in SUVs.
Day-of coordination
The line stays open 24/7, so a flight delay or a late change reaches us at any hour.
Contractors, auditors and field crews
Visiting professionals often travel in small groups with equipment cases. Tell us the case sizes, and we assign SUVs with room.
Border-region logistics
Some programs touch Calexico and the border area. Our service stays on the United States side and does not include border crossings, so your team handles that part separately.
Check-in and check-out days
Hotel check-in and check-out days are busy. We stagger pickups so the first car leaves when the first guest is ready, not when the last one arrives.
Before the event
A day or two before, we reconfirm the plan with your contact, update names and flights, and send a final summary.
