Planning a day with a driver in El Centro
An hourly booking works best when the shape of the day is clear. Here is how we plan one with riders.
Start with the first pickup
Tell us the address and the hour you want to leave. Everything else can be filled in as we talk, but a firm start gives us something to build on.
List the stops
Give us the places in order, even if the timing is loose. For El Centro, that could mean Ross Avenue, Dogwood Avenue and a downtown restaurant near SR-86.
Counting the road between towns
Imperial, Holtville, Brawley and Calexico each add distance to the day. Mention them early so the plan reflects the full route.
The fairgrounds in Imperial
The IV Fairgrounds at 200 East 2nd Street are in Imperial, home to the California Mid-Winter Fair. Check the event hours you want, then we set the drop-off and the return.
A museum stop
The Pioneers Museum is at 373 East Aten Road in Imperial. Confirm its current visiting hours before you go, and we shape the day around them.
Meals in the middle
A long day needs a lunch stop. Tell us if you want the car near the restaurant or if you prefer to be dropped at the door and collected afterward, and we plan accordingly.
Heat and comfort
Between stops, the cabin is a place to cool off and rest. Send us any comfort needs, such as a child seat or extra room for bags.
Sharing the day with family
A grandparent with appointments and grandchildren in tow is a common mix. The SUV makes room for everyone, and the same chauffeur handles each leg.
Wrapping up
Every day looks different, and that is the point of an hourly plan. Plans change, so call us at 747-309-0639 if the day runs differently. We talk through the change and confirm the fare before anything shifts.
