Setting up corporate rides in Bell
A few early decisions make company bookings run smoothly. These are the ones that matter most.
Name the booking contact
Decide who calls us. One person, whether a manager, assistant or office lead, keeps the details in one place and avoids duplicated bookings.
List the riders
For each ride, give us the names, the pickup address and a phone number the chauffeur can call. For a group, add the headcount and the bags.
Match cars to the group
A sedan suits a solo traveler. The SUV seats up to six with luggage. A team of nine takes two cars that leave and arrive together.
Visiting guests
For arrivals, send the airline and flight number. We agree on a meeting spot and plan the pickup around the flight.
Event transportation
For a gathering, send the venue, the arrival window and the departure time. We stage the cars so guests are not left waiting at the door.
Day-of contact
Pick one person on your side who answers the phone during the ride. If a meeting runs long or a guest is late, that person tells us and we adjust without a chain of calls.
Back-to-back rides
Some days have a string of arrivals and departures. List them in a single message with times and addresses, and we work out which cars cover which rides, so no one is left waiting while another car is across town.
Changes
Schedules shift. Call 747-309-0639 at any hour and we adjust the plan and confirm the update.
