Airport car service in Bell, made simple
Airport rides go best when the details are settled before the day. These are the questions we ask, in the order they usually come up.
Which airport and which airline
Start with the airport and the airline. Terminals and drop-off areas differ, and the airline tells us where to leave you or where to meet you. Give us the flight number too so we can plan the timing around it.
The Long Beach run
Long Beach Airport is the shorter drive, roughly 16 to 17 road miles from Bell. It is a good fit for people who want a calm start and a quick finish at the curb. We still recommend a comfortable lead time before departure.
The LAX run
LAX is about 20 road miles away, and the road traffic decides how long that really takes. We build in margin, and for international departures we plan for the longer check-in. Mention it when you book.
Meeting you on arrival
For arrivals, we agree on a meeting spot before you land. When you have your bags, you reach the chauffeur on the number we give you, and the walk to the car is short.
Groups, bags and child seats
An SUV takes up to six passengers with luggage. Large families sometimes need two cars, which leave together. Child seats are available on request. Tell us how many and how old when you reserve, and one will be in the car.
Private flights
If you are flying out of Van Nuys or another general aviation field, tell us the operator or tail number and we plan the meeting point around it.
