Getting around La Verne by car
La Verne is small enough to cross in minutes, yet a few local habits decide whether a ride runs smoothly. These are the points we settle first.
Dinner on D Street
The restaurants and cafes near the campus fill up on weekends, and street parking disappears with them. Name the restaurant and we drop you at the door, then set the return time with you.
Campus days
The University of La Verne is at 1950 Third Street, with the downtown stretch right beside it. Tell us the building or office when you book, and we confirm the pickup point.
The 210 and Foothill Boulevard
The 210 Foothill Freeway has a Foothill Boulevard exit in La Verne, and Foothill itself follows the former Route 66. For early or late trips we pick the departure time with commute hours in mind instead of hoping the road stays clear.
Airports
Ontario International is about 12 to 13 road miles from La Verne, and LAX is about 46. Our La Verne airport rides page explains how we plan each trip.
Arriving by light rail
Metro’s A Line has a station in La Verne. If you arrive by train and want a car for the last stretch, give us the station and the time when you book.
Kids and cargo
Child seats are available on request. Mention strollers, golf bags, extra suitcases or a party of six, and we send the car that fits.
Steep streets and gates
North of Foothill Boulevard the streets rise toward the mountains, and some driveways are steep or gated. Give us the exact address and any entry note when you book, so the chauffeur is not guessing at the curb.
Orange season at Heritage Park
Picking oranges at Heritage Park, 3660 D Street, brings families downtown when the grove is open. If you want to pair it with lunch and a campus walk, ask about our hourly option and plan the whole afternoon with one car.
First time booking
Send the pickup, the destination and the time. We answer with a fixed price, and you can change details by calling 747-309-0639.
