Limo service in Santa Maria, how to book it
A good limo booking is mostly a good plan. Here is what we ask and why.
Say who is riding
Tell us the number of guests, and whether they are carrying luggage, gifts or formal wear. From that we pick between a sedan and an SUV.
Share every address
List the pickups and the drop-offs, with the venue names. For a wedding at the Santa Maria Country Club on West Waller Lane, send the guest hotels and the ceremony time as well.
Plan the airport leg
Santa Maria Public Airport is about three miles south of the city. For a flight out of Santa Barbara, expect roughly 60 to 65 road miles on US-101. Send the airline and time so we plan the departure.
Timing the evening
For a night out, tell us when dinner starts and when you want to head home. The pickup is set at booking, and the price covers the plan you gave us. If you add a stop on the night, call and we adjust.
Choosing the number of cars
One SUV carries six. A party of eight to twelve needs two vehicles. We schedule them together so the group travels as one.
Wine country evenings
The Foxen Canyon Wine Trail and the wineries of the Santa Maria Valley make a good day. Book the hours and the chauffeur drives while you taste.
Birthdays and reunions
A milestone birthday or a family reunion often involves relatives staying at different hotels. Send us each address, the venue and the time everyone should arrive. We schedule the cars so the family arrives together and heads home on the same plan.
Corporate dinners and award nights
A company event is often a formal evening. Send the venue and the end time, and we line up cars for the hosts and the guests. Our corporate car service in Santa Maria page covers group planning.
If the plan changes
If plans change, call the number on your confirmation. We adjust the booking with you and tell you the updated price before the day.
