Organizing corporate travel in San Jacinto
If you coordinate travel, a few details decide whether a group visit runs smoothly. This is how we suggest you plan it.
Collect the arrivals
Gather each guest’s flight number, arrival airport and landing time before you call. Ontario and Palm Springs are the airports people ask about most, and a ride from either to San Jacinto is a real drive.
Name the venue precisely
Soboba Casino Resort, Soboba Springs Golf Course and the college all have their own entrances and lots. Include the building, gate or hall in the booking so there is no confusion.
Think about arrival order
Guests rarely land together. A speaker may arrive the night before while the rest of the team comes in the morning. Give us each arrival as a separate line and we shape the plan around them one by one.
Choose the vehicle mix
The sedan fits one to three guests. The SUV carries up to six with luggage. A group of twelve could take two SUVs. We can quote them together.
Look at the evening plan
Corporate visits often include a dinner. Soboba Casino Resort lists Canyons Steakhouse among its restaurants, and Main Street has its own dining. Tell us the reservation address and the time, and the car arrives for the group at the door.
Add the extras
If a guest needs a child seat, or you want a stop at the Estudillo Mansion before dinner, mention it with the first message. Every addition goes into the single quote.
Keep a contact for the day
Give us the name and phone number of the person who will handle changes. If a flight slips or a session runs long, one clear contact keeps the updates quick and avoids confusion between guests and organizers.
Account for the college calendar
Campus events at Mt. San Jacinto College can change local activity, so share the date early and the address you were given. We build the plan around it.
Plan the departures
People forget the ride out. Book guests’ return trips at the same time and the whole visit sits in one confirmation.
