Planning executive travel in San Jacinto
A business day in San Jacinto goes best when the ride is part of the plan. These are the situations we plan around most often.
Long-distance flights
With both major airports a real drive away, departures need margin. Tell us the airline and flight time, and we set the pickup with you. Details are on our San Jacinto airport car service page.
College and civic visits
Mt. San Jacinto College’s San Jacinto Campus is at 1499 N State St, and the park district’s offices are at 901 W Esplanade Ave. Give us the building, lot or hall named in your invitation when you book.
Meetings at Soboba
Soboba Casino Resort lists meetings and events as one of its services at 22777 Soboba Rd. Whether you are hosting or attending, the car can bring you straight to the door.
Showing visitors the town
Out-of-town clients sometimes want a look at local history. The Estudillo Mansion, built in 1885, and the San Jacinto Museum on Ash Street give a quick, interesting break between meetings.
Hosting a guest speaker or candidate
If you invite someone to the valley, you can arrange their ride from the airport to the venue and back. Send us their flight details and the address of the meeting, and we confirm the plan with you rather than leaving them to find a taxi line.
Dinners after hours
When the meetings end, the evening starts. A table at Canyons Steakhouse inside the Soboba resort, or at a restaurant along Main Street, is easier when nobody has to drive afterward.
Multi-stop days
If the day runs from the valley to an airport and back, we can arrange it under one booking. Name every stop when you reserve.
