Planning corporate transportation in Riverside County
Group bookings succeed or fail on information. These are the items that help us most.
One coordinator, one list
Choose one person to send passenger names, phone numbers, flight details and hotels. A single source avoids last-minute confusion and gives us one contact if plans change.
Match cars to the group
A sedan suits one to three passengers. An SUV carries up to six with luggage. A team of twelve needs two SUVs, or more cars if people arrive on different flights. We help you split the group sensibly.
Know the venue
The Riverside Convention Center is in downtown Riverside, steps from the Mission Inn. Pechanga Resort Casino is at 45000 Pechanga Parkway in Temecula. Acrisure Arena is at 75702 Varner Road, on the Palm Desert side of the valley. Share the exact entrance your guests expect, because large venues have several and guests do not always know which one is theirs.
Stagger arrivals
If your guests land at Palm Springs or Ontario across a whole afternoon, we can assign a car per arrival wave. Tell us the flight numbers and the time you want guests at the venue.
Event weeks need extra lead time
Some of the busiest corporate weeks in the county are the desert tournament weeks. The BNP Paribas Open runs at Indian Wells Tennis Garden from February 28 to March 14, 2027, and The American Express at PGA West and La Quinta Country Club runs January 18 to 24, 2027. Sponsors, clients and staff all need to be moved at once. Book as soon as your dates are firm.
Speakers and VIP guests
For a keynote speaker or a senior guest, we share the pickup details with your coordinator ahead of time. Tell us if the guest has special requirements, such as extra bags, a child seat or a time-sensitive talk.
Crossing county lines
Corporate programs often start outside Riverside County. A team may fly into Burbank or LAX, work for a day in Los Angeles, and then head east to Riverside or the desert. Another may be based in Orange County or San Diego County and visit a Temecula client. We can run the whole sequence as one booking, with the same chauffeur or a planned handoff at an agreed point.
Keep the paperwork simple
Send one email with every detail, and we will confirm back in writing. If something changes, call the number on your confirmation and we will update the plan with you.
Plan the return
The first ride is rarely the issue. The late return is. Share the end time of the dinner, the show or the meeting, and we will agree a pickup point.
