Planning an hourly ride in Lake Forest
The more clearly a day is laid out, the better it runs. These notes help you shape the booking.
Write down the stops
List each stop in order with its address and the time you expect to be there. Add the end point, since it may not be where you started.
How many hours
Estimate how long the plan takes, and we confirm the length with you when you book. It is easier to settle that first than to adjust at the curb.
Parks and tours
Heritage Hill Historical Park offers its historic buildings to the public during tours, and entry costs nothing. Whiting Ranch Wilderness Park covers about 2,500 acres. If you plan to visit either, tell us the times you have in mind.
Hotel starts
Guests at the Hilton Garden Inn on Towne Centre Drive or the Staybridge Suites on Orchard Road can begin the day at the lobby. Share the hotel and guest name.
Airport at either end
An hourly day can begin or end at a terminal. John Wayne Airport is roughly 12 to 15 road miles from Lake Forest. For a plain transfer without extra stops, airport car service in Lake Forest may be the simpler booking.
Groups
The SUV seats up to six passengers with luggage. For more people, call us and we plan how to split the day.
Changing the plan
Plans drift. Call 747-309-0639 if a stop moves, and we adjust with you.
Meal stops
If lunch or dinner is part of the plan, name the restaurant and the time of the reservation. The chauffeur then sets the route around it, and you arrive without watching the clock.
Shopping and errands
An hourly booking suits a morning of errands as well as an outing. Give us the addresses in order, and we confirm how the day fits together.
Before you leave the house
Tell us how many people are riding, how many bags you expect and whether anyone needs a child seat. With that, we choose between a sedan and an SUV and quote the fare.
