Airport car service in Lake Forest, step by step
A calm airport morning is mostly planning. These are the questions we ask when you call.
Which terminal
Tell us the airline and whether you are flying out or meeting someone who is landing. We use that to set the pickup and the drop-off point with you.
What to send us
Give us the flight number, the pickup address, the number of travelers and the bags. A child seat is available if you ask.
Starting from a hotel
Guests of the Hilton Garden Inn on Towne Centre Drive, the Holiday Inn Express on Lake Forest Drive or the Staybridge Suites on Orchard Road can book from the lobby. The city lists all three. Send the hotel name and the guest name.
Long drives
LAX is about 52 road miles from Lake Forest, so we build in time for traffic and check-in. Long Beach is about 35 miles.
Coming home
If you land at SNA late, share the flight number when you book and we plan the pickup for the time you expect to reach the curb.
Groups and gear
Golf bags, strollers and a pile of suitcases change which vehicle fits. Say what you are carrying and we suggest a sedan or an SUV.
Business travelers
Many trips start at an office rather than a house. Give us the address and the time you need to be at the terminal, and we work back from there to set the pickup.
Meeting someone who is landing
If you are collecting a relative or a colleague, send us their name, airline and flight number along with the address they are heading to. The ride can go to a Lake Forest home or to any of the hotels the city lists.
Busy days on the road
Friday afternoons and holiday weekends fill the roads toward every airport. We start earlier on those days, and the fare you were quoted does not move.
Changing a booking
If your flight is moved, call 747-309-0639 and we work out the new pickup with you.
