Corporate car service in Huntington Beach, planned for groups
Group travel works best when the planner sends complete details. Here is what we ask for.
Arrival lists
Send names, flight numbers and arrival times for each traveler. We group people by time and destination, then assign sedans or SUVs.
Hotel and venue details
Resorts on Pacific Coast Highway cover a lot of ground. Name the exact lobby, meeting room entrance or ballroom door where the cars should meet your group.
Who rides where
Not every traveler needs the same car. Executives often take a sedan, while a group from the same office rides together in an SUV. Tell us the roles and the seating you want, and we assign vehicles on that basis.
Airport coordination
John Wayne Airport is about 10 miles from the city, and Long Beach is about 15. LAX, at about 35 miles, takes a larger buffer. Tell us which airport and we set the departure.
Evening plans
Team dinners at Pacific City or on Main Street bring crowds. Agree on a pickup point that avoids the busiest corner.
Offsite days
An offsite often means a morning session at a resort, a team activity and a dinner. Send the schedule and the venues, and we line up the cars for each leg so nobody waits at the curb wondering where theirs is.
Visiting from out of the area
Out-of-town teams are often unfamiliar with Surf City. We handle routing between Beach Boulevard, Pacific Coast Highway and the inland offices, and you only need to know the address.
Changes at short notice
Flights shift. Call 747-309-0639 and we rework the pickup with you.
