Planning a luxury chauffeur ride in Bell
A special ride works best when the timeline is clear. These are the questions that shape the plan.
Build the timeline
Start with the hardest time, such as the ceremony or the dinner reservation, and count back. Add the photo stop, the pickup of the second family and a buffer. We help with the sequence.
Multiple pickups
Weddings often mean two or three households. Send each address and the number of riders and we shape one route, or send separate cars that meet at the venue.
Dress and space
Gowns, trains and tuxedo bags take room. Tell us about them so we send the right car, and the chauffeur loads and unloads them carefully.
Photo stops
If you want a stop at a park for pictures, add it to the plan. Veterans’ Memorial Park and Pritchard Park are both in Bell, and either can be a quick photo stop on the way.
Children and older relatives
Ask for a child seat when you reserve and tell us the ages. If a grandparent needs extra time with the door, say so and we plan the pickup around it.
Weather and timing
A rainy evening can slow the roads, and a Friday night adds traffic on Atlantic and Florence. We build the timeline with that in mind and leave you room to arrive relaxed.
After the event
Plan the ride home when you book. It is easy to forget, and the end of a long evening is when you most want the car to be waiting.
