How to plan a day with a private driver
A good itinerary does not have to be rigid. These are the questions we ask so the day runs smoothly.
List your stops in order
Write down the places in the order you expect to visit them, with any fixed times. We can see whether the route makes sense and suggest changes if two stops are far apart.
Share the starting point and the finish
Tell us where the day begins and where it should end. Those can be different, for example a pickup at home in Rosedale and a drop-off at a hotel across the valley, and knowing both helps us plan the route.
Estimate your time
Give us your best guess for how long the day will run. We plan the booking around it and confirm how any extra time is handled when you book.
Pick the vehicle
Think about passengers and what they are carrying. A sedan suits one to a few riders. The SUV suits a group, up to six passengers with luggage.
The campus stop
Azusa Pacific University’s main campus is at 901 E. Alosta Avenue. If your plan includes a visit, tell us the building or lot and we agree the pickup point so you are not hunting for the car.
Parks and the canyon
The Azusa Wilderness Park sits at the gateway to the San Gabriel Mountains National Monument. For a day that starts there, let us know where you plan to be dropped off and whether you will return to the same spot.
Dinner, then home
An evening plan is easy to build. Name the restaurant or venue, the time you want to arrive and a rough idea of when you will leave. We confirm how the booking works, then you enjoy the night without thinking about the road back.
Mixing business and personal stops
People often combine a morning meeting with an afternoon errand and an early dinner. A private driver for the day handles that kind of mix without separate bookings. Give us the sequence and the addresses, and we check that it hangs together before you commit.
Changes along the way
Plans move. If lunch runs long or a stop gets cut, call the chauffeur or us and we adjust.
